Requests when boarding the bus

・All seats are reserved. Please purchase your ticket in advance. Reservations are accepted from one month prior to the date of travel.

・Please note that there may be delays due to road conditions. Please note that no refunds will be given in the event of a delay.

・Carry-on luggage is limited to one per person, with a volume of 0.027 cubic meters, a maximum length of 1 meter, and a total weight of 10 kg. If you wish to use the trunk room, you will be responsible for loading and unloading your luggage.(Doors will be opened and closed by the driver.)

・Please bring small baggage, valuables, and fragile items into the cabin.We do not allow the bringing in of any items that may cause inconvenience to other customers or damage the vehicle.Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, or mishandling of baggage.

・Please wear your seat belt when driving on the expressway.

・All seats on the vehicle are non-smoking.
